Can this light work correctly not constantly hooked up to Wifi? I'm setting up a 1st grade fish tank and have this light but I do NOT have access to the school wifi, will this light still hold the programming and function correctly?

Inquiring minds want to know. I mean does it store the settings or does it receive them from the cloud and the Internet is actually controlling the light. ie, no internet enabled wifi, no prime commands??

The light stores the settings. I had wifi down for a few days and they functioned correctly. The green light on the primary will flash if wifi is disconnected. Other than that I had no issues.

Ok so if I setup the AI before getting to the school it should run the program I setup at the house?

The WiFi is from the light. Your phone/laptop/pc will connect to the light as a WiFi source. So as long as you have a device to connect with the lights WiFi signal you are good to go.
