When purchases of any type go wrong, folks are often very vocal about their experience and let everyone know how they feel. When things go right, as they should the majority of the time, very little is ever said about the purchase.

Many of our customers actually take the time after they receive their order to write us an email expressing their gratitude. This is actually quite rare in the world of online retail sales. This simple gesture by our customers is testament to the level of care and attention to detail we put into every single order that leaves our facility.

In this thread, we would like to showcase a small sampling of some of these comments sent to us via email.

The first one is from a customer in Florida:

Good morning:

I have used other online fish dealers as well as my local LFS but I can say Blue Zoo Aquatics is the best!

All fish and inverts came alive and well due to your tremendous attention to detail in packing as well as the high quality of your fish and inverts!

You are number one in my opinion!

My Moorish Idol which I purchased from BlueZoo Aquatics before Memorial Day of 2014 is very healthy and doing very well in my large reef tank.

Thank you Wayne and others by providing outstanding Customer Service.

Color, shape, complete lack of density, and more intact specimens per millimeter than anything I personally have ever seen. Both are alert and feeding. Very happy with the size of the pistol shrimp. I think he and my Yellow Watchman have already hit it off. The feather dusters are very cool and also larger than I had anticipated. Your description calls them dwarf but I don’t see anything dwarfish about them.

You can be sure that I will be a returning customer and next time, I am going to order one of your Christmas Tree rocks and a few other things that have caught my eye which I hope will be in stock when the order is placed.

The livestock arrived in excellent condition, even though Fedex was unable to deliver due to road work. I was also very pleasantly surprised at how well the livestock was packaged, and that a drip line and dip additive was included.

As my order was over $100 the shipping was free to my location in San Diego, which also made me very happy. I would recommend you to anyone and will definitely order from you again.

I like that you are doing this! I was very happy with my first order from your company, all the way to Detroit. And I posted that for others to see. I will be ordering from you again.

Placed my first order with you guys last week. Just got my order in yesterday due to cold weather delay here in Iowa. Fish were packed well with 4 heat packs, and all came in good shape. I'm pleased with my first order and will definitely purchase from you again. Acclimation kit is a nice thing you guys throw in.
