I can't figure out why he keeps getting ich. It comes and goes. He seems to be the only one that gets it. 125g fowlr system with only 5 fish.
Temp 68 (live in FL I don't run heaters)
Nitrates are at 20ppm
SG is 1.023
Feeding scallops, nls pellets, nls flake, and mysis.

Could it be the temp? Nitrates?
Should I drop the SG?

20°C/68F is too low. Tropical reef fish need at a minimum 22°C/72F, better 25°C/77F. You got to add a heater, at least in the winter (and in the summer, if you run the AC in your house lower than 24°C/77F)

If the temperature is too low the fish's immune system may get compromised (or too busy fighting off other infections) so it can no longer keep the ich off.

The primary reason he has ich is of course that the parasite is in your system.
