Hey everyone, just wanted to share what I was up too lately. I used to have the 200G predator on here but life forced a shut down and a couple years later.. I've been sucked back in.

I've decided on a smaller tank for the time being, but nothing too small as I need some saltwater in my life with some substance, I decided on the Nuvo 40G. I will throw up some progress pictures but ultimately it will be slow growing to start. I have told myself to be patient.

This is day 1:

Livestock thoughts:

Been beginning to brew about what to put in the tank, and here is the thoughts, just looking for inputs.

Bottom Dweller: Thinking pistol shrimp and goby shrimp in hopes they pair up
Roamer: Dwarf angel (thinking Lemon Peel or Fishers.. if available maybe a potters)
High Water Swimmer: Pair of Purple Firefish.
Then some other x-factor fish that will just make me satisfied.

Coralwise: Looking to stick with soft corals, zoas around the perimeter of the rock with some polyps and leathers closer to the top. The hope is to give the tank lots of motion and color.

Thoughts??

The Prmes should light that tank nicely!
