Torch coral head dying?

Hi guys I have recently noticed that my torch coral is taking longer for the polyps to fulling extend and today I did a water change and a several hours later one of my heads on my torch is shrunk could it be dying? Doesn't look like it's getting enough light in the position the frag is in. Try changing it so all heads get light.
