I finally put in my first coral and after 2 days It was just devoured. I was able to frag a small price that survived but I woke up again to see it eaten.

Livestock

2 turbo snails

1 nassarius snail

3 blue leg hermits

Possibly some hitchhikers

Any ideas Thanks Nathan

you sure it was eaten and didn't melt or something?

nothing on your list would have eaten it, so unless you have a nefarious hitch hiker, i'm not sure what happened to it.

Are you sure you have no urchin? My long spine moves over my kenyas and it's gone. Right done to the frag, in 20 minutes.

It could be melt I'm fairly new. The reason I thought it was eaten because both times it happened it ended up in a different part of the tank. Thanks

ended up in a different part of the tank? but none of it was missing?

did you secure it down to anything? is it in a frag plug, or just loose?

My Kenya trees are more prolific than aiptasia.
When disturbed, they shrink to almost nothing. Could it have broken loose and is floating somewhere in a corner??

Did you use live rock to do your tank or dead dry rock? If you used live rock you could have a really bad hitchhiker.

I wish something would eat them in my tank as well. I've been trying to eradicate Kenya trees from my tank for 2 years now. Somehow it just keeps sprouting out of nowhere.
