So my tank is almost done cycling, maybe another week or so. 29 gallon biocube.

When it's ready I have a few corals I will be adding that are being held in a another tank at the moment. 3-4 small zoas with approx. 5-6 polyps on each. 2 small blue sympodium frags, and a small green starburst polyp frag.

I was wondering if I should start a small dose of kalkwasser in my auto top off from the very beginning instead of waiting for my calcium and alkalinity to drop first?

I would leave it alone for a while and take readings as things begin to mature. If your tank is not consuming much of either alkalinity or calcium you could end up with elevated levels that some inhabitants might not like.

Also, the corals you listed will consume very small amounts of calcium and alkalinity. Water changes should suffice for keeping your parameters in check. When you start adding stony corals or coralline algae growth really takes off, then you could benefit from dosing kalk or 2 part.
