I will be setting up a new tank writhing the next few months and I need to add another vortech. Will 2 mp10s be enough in a 4x2x16 80g? I have 1 mp10 and will have to get a new one here.

You may get away with 2 MP10 but i think your better off with MP40 with a 4foot tank.
