Sump flow rate ?.

Is I have an eshopps r100 sump I am hooking uo to my 75. I have 2 return pumps to choose from. Sicce 700 gph and 320 gph. The 700 barely sits in its chamber and may make vibration noise. Will a 320 gph return pump be suficient?

Not sure we understand your question. I personally run 4-5x turnover in the sump. many run higher....

Just wondering if the 320 gph will be enough flow to make the sump perform ok. Will be running a refugium.

IME, 300 gph is more than enough for a 75. There seems to be an endless debate about how much water one should move through the sump. There's the 3-5 group, and the 10 plus group. I am in the former, obviously, but theres nothing wrong with higher flow, I just deem it unnecessary.
