I am trying to connect my 1/4" RODI tubing to PVC plumbing (via a 1/4" push connect fitting such as http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/mur-lok-male-npt-x-push-connect.html), and I'm finding it very difficult.

My PVC is 3/4", and the push connect fittings are all 1/4". Does anyone have any plumbing parts or suggestions to help me adapt me 3/4" PVC to 1/4" push connect?

Thanks!

Just went through this myself. Swing by Home Depot and pick up some fittings to reduce the pipe to a 1/2 FNPT. Then order up one of these:

Should do the trick.

ah, thank you! That's the exact kind of piece I was looking for. That was surprisingly hard to find, and google didnt help. I will order one of those and hopefully sort this out now :)

If anyone else has other ideas, I'm interested to know.

Are you trying to connect the drain line?
If so, use one of these, it's to code.

AmazonLink (http://www.amazon.com/Eco-Tech-Drain-Line-Adapter-DLA-12/dp/B00KJAIKW6/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1454427981&sr=8-5&keywords=drain+gap+adapter)

nope - I have my own water changing station and I want to tap into it to feed my ATO so I dont need to refill it anymore.
