I have a 56 gallon aquarium (30x18x24). Currently I have 2 Hydor 750's running. One of them is giving me issues and I need to replace it. Looking for different option I see the Jebao WP and RW pumps. Looking at the videos and reviews it appears the RW-8 have huge flow. They appear much stronger than my current Hydor's. Looking at the packaging for the RW-4 they indicate nano tanks.
Is the RW-8 too much? Should I get it and run it on a lower setting or get the RW-4 and run it higher. I have soft coral and a shallow sand bed so I would prefer not to have a snow globe in the tank.
Any thoughts? Need a budget idea. I've spent a lot on my tanks lately, new Apex Jr for Freshwater, used Apex for Saltwater, new SB Reeflight LEDs for saltwater, cables, temp probe, and other accessories so my better half is starting to question the endless money pit. :hmm4:
