Fluval Spec V

Hi forum , almost ready into finishing my reef build and want to go a step further into getting ready for a QT tank.....Does a Spec V a good QT to start with ? I see a lot of people use them for DT , I was thinking that just cause is a full kit set up would be easier then buying a QT individually....Just want to know if it would stress the fish because the tank being a bit small....Thanks
