I've ran searches and read several forums but..

I've had this feeling that my clownfish have always had internal parasites perhaps. I've tried soaking food in metro for feedings for several days consecutive. Ibe done this a couple times.
I've upgraded to a 90 gallon bringing the two clowns and a starry Benny a month ago. I've been feeding heavier and the clowns have fattened up. I've also increased the diversity of food. Pe mysis, hilkari s pellet, algea max pellet, standard flake. I never really witnessed white stringy poop but a few days ago I did. Very very thin, white to translucent and irregular at over an inch.

I don't want to treat the whole tank because I don't want massive worm die off. I have fish in qt I'm ready to move to dt. They have undergone two full rounds of prazi.
If current fish do have worms what's the prognosis? That is with out treatment since metro soaked pellets seemed ineffective. I also understand it's almost impossible to positively identify if and what type of worm.
Thanks
