Just picked up a frag of kryptonite candy cane. I understand they are a pretty hardy coral. I have 2 x 250 watt MH lamps 15" above a standard 40b (another 15" to the sand bed). Any advise on placement of this coral?

im guessing this is similar to neon candy cane??? Anyhow I have my neon candy canes mid height and on the side of the tank, would say in a medium to low light and same with flow and they have been doing good there and multiplying.

I got three heads a couple of weeks ago. I have 2x150W 8" over the surface of my 75 gallons. I placed them under a shaded area with low-med flow. They are expanding during the day and extending their tentacles at night.

I have LED's on my tank, I keep them towards the bottom - middle, and they grow relatively well. Quick enough for LPS.

General consensus being medium/medium. Thanks for the input.
