I have an LED fixture that came with a single 12vdc 6amp supply. The problem was that it was a single supply that ran both the white and blue channels. Besides, the original PS got very hot, which caused me concern. I had an old Dell LED monitor PS that is rated for 12vdc 3amps. It works great for one channel. Given that, I bought an identical one off ebay, but it failed in about 2 months. The original Dell PS is still working fine, which was made in Korea vs the new Chinese one.

Can someone recommend a decent (but still inexpensive)12vdc 35watt PS? The mean well APV-35-12 seems like it would work, but either its not in stock or shipping is too high at every place I've checked. Are there others that would work?

Thanks

I'm going to assume $70 total is not really inexpensive but you can search for cheaper model of this brand..
TDK-Lambda makes very good power supplies..Est. shipping was only $7...

Of course you could replace 2 w/ one again:

That said, any computer power supply salvage will work..
