Newer to the saltwater trade. I have found this in my refugium was wondering if it's good or bad?

It's a bristle worm. They are only bad if you have seahorses as they can snick them on purpose or by mistake. They are good at clean up but of course you do not want them to get out of hand. Most live rock comes with bristle worms so they get into your system.

No seahorse. Thanks for the information.

They can be a nuisance if you have a ton of them, but in small quantities they don't do much harm. Just about every marine tank has them. Similar to aiptasia. Almost impossible to be 100% free of them, just do what you need to reduce their numbers

What do you recommend for reducing them. That is the only one I have seen so far.

Again, one bristle worm is totally fine.

Wrasses (six line) and arrow crabs are some common solutions

They're beneficial cleaners. If you overfeed, their population will increase accordingly, but if not, you shouldn't have a problem.

Appropriate livestock solutions were given above.

They're beneficial cleaners.

+1

They'll spend most of their time eating detritus in your sanded.
