So I have 2 Radion Gen 2 fixtures over my 110 high (48" L X 18" W X 31" H). I want to add some supplemental T5's (probably 4 48" bulbs). I would like recommendations for ballasts that match the followers no requirements:

1. Do not overdrive the bulbs. I don't want to wire a bunch of fans up to keep them cool from the over drive.

2. I want a ballast that plugs in easily. I have had ones from retrofit kits in the past that you need to connect each individual wire to the end caps and the ballast itself. They are a pain and I really want something that has a harness. I can wire the end caps but want to avoid the mess of inserting individual wires into the ballast. So something like an Icecap ballast would be great but unfortunately that ballast overdrives bulbs which rules it out (see requirement 1 above).

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also I would be open to a ballast that does 4 36" bulbs as this is only supplemental if a unit that does 4 48" bulbs and matches my requirements does not exist.

Home Depot now carries Philips ICN-4S54 ballasts if I am not mistaken. I know they carry them but not sure if its the ICN-2S54 or the ICN-4S54. Regardless those are prewired and are the best ballasts on the market.
