Congealed phyto culture?

I was busy with work for a week. My phyto culture has turned into sheets?

They break apart very easily but I can probably pull it out as sheets.

Actually very pretty - it isn't hair algae. Like a soft gel

The black structure inside is a curved bubble want I use to distribute air bubbles more evenly in the culture.
