What kind of help are you locking for?
If you have no small shrimp or tiny fish I would say: go for one, or better even, a pair.

My Flame Hawk has been an angel in my reef. Shows a little aggression towards my Lawnmower Blenny, but nothing to series. I have snails, crabs, and shrimp and he has not even thought about touching them (of course, my tank gets feed 3x a day). The key was they were in before I put the Hawk in, but I don't think I have the courage to try and add anymore. He is about 3 inches and has a great personality.

Also what size tank? Most sources say 30 gallons or bigger, but IMO, I say 40 gallon breeder or bigger. There are stories where they can become aggressive.
