Hey RC. I've got a question. I recently setup my tank, but have to finalize arranging the power supplies, wires and controllers. That being said, I have an idea on how to arrange the controllers and wires. My question is where to place the actual power supplies. I know that keeping the outlets under the tank isn't really advisable due to the humidity under stands. But would the same concern apply to the actual power supplies? I tried searching through various terms (power supply reef tank, power supply humidity etc) through google and wasn't able to find the answer I needed.

Thanks in advance

I used a hole saw and drilled a 3" hole through the drywall and into the next room (into a bathroom cabinet). Then I took a piece of PVC pipe a fit it into the hole (size the hole to the PVC pipe you want to use). I cut mine so the pipe is just 1/2" out of the wall on both sides and then I calked it in place. It makes a nice clean look and seals the inside of the wall from either room.
