ho friend i appropriate if you can help

i have a red sea max 650 ltrs tank (with sand and rock it come 520)

at the moment i have

1 small blue tang
1 purple fire fish
2 clows
1 royal gramma
3 green chromies
1 cleaner wrasse
1 mandarin
1 leopard goby


do you thing it can handle this fish that i wish to add?

2 yellow tangs
1 sailfin tang (i out the same time with yellow)
1 flame wrasse
1 mc coster wrasse
1 blonde naso or magnificent fox face
3 anthias

any suggestion i appropriate

You can't add any more tangs. What I would do is take out the blue tang, and add one yellow.
Also,
1 flame wrasse is good
1 mccoskers wrasse is good
No blonde Naso, fox face is okay..
Anthias should be fine, need feedings 3x a day

If you put Yellow Tangs together, it's recommended to do 3 or more with a lot of space. I agree what was said above ^^^. I would take out the Blue Hippo and do a Purple and Mimic Tang.
