This message is NOT to bash, I just can't find a contact number to call and haven't received a message back via the "contact" webpage (albeit I only sent it an hour ago).

I just received my order and the diaphragm pump isn't working. I plug it in and nothing... I took off a day to get this ATO set up and it would seem that was in vain.

Please contact me ASAP to see about getting this resolved - thanks!
