I bought a 2 liter bottle of Brightwell Restor online and it arrived leaking all over the place.

I opened to find the bottle didn't have a seal and it had leaked 1/3 of its contents.

The online vendor assured me that Brightwell's 2 liter containers do not come with a seal - I find this implausible and can't trust that this isn't pre-used or even contaminated.

They've offered to give me a discount, but my gut response is to return it... maybe seal the top with tape and put it in a sealed bag.

So - Have you purchased this size (2 liter) of Brightwell Restor? If so - DID IT HAVE A SEAL?

This is amino acids? I'd think it has to be sealed...

I would call Brightwell about it and ask them

I brought this size, thought I was ordering the smaller bottle. To my surprise the large one showed up. I only used a little. Didn't see any results. But that's for another thread.
Sorry can't recall if mine was sealed or not. When I buy online, I only use Premium Aquatics. They always pack any kind of liquid in a sealed plastic bag. Even the foil packets of pH standards.
Who was the vendor?
