8850 LED failure

Straight out of the box, this doesn't work. Customer service has been very poor. Does anyone know of a fix to this issue? The LEDs are not working (probably about 3% brightness).

I have seen your other emails and messages and the reason for the service difficulty is it was purchased online from Germany and you are in Australia. As a result the warranty is technically through Germany, so the cost of sending it for warranty service is prohibitive. It may be possible to get warranty service through Tunze Australia for the product, however you would have to pay shipping, duties and service fees because these costs were not incorporated in what you originally paid, Tunze Australia receives only the part and has to pay all the costs to get it and they have none of the profit of the original sale, this is not uncommon in such grey market purchases of any product.
