My filter socks got clogged up and caused my auto top off to keep filling my 180 gallon tank with fresh rodi water luckily I noticed just as my tank started to overflow. However, all of the fresh water caused my salinity to drop from 1.025 to 1.022. I don't have any corals but I do have some invertebrates (cleaner shrimp, pistol shrimp, blood red fire shrimp, bunch of snails and hermit crabs).
I did about a 40 gallon water change, but it didn't change the salinity much. Should I try to bring it back up quickly our just top of with saltwater over the next few days?
Fish seem to be doing alright do so far, but I haven't seen any shrimp yet.
