Due to ever increasing demand for the Royal Exclusiv products including Dreambox Filter System, Bubble King Skimmer and Red Dragon Pumps, Royal Exclusiv has purchased a new facility in Germany that is more than double the size of it's current factory and will be commencing the move early this summer. In addition to moving the existing equipment, all production lines will be expanded in order to better meet the growing demands for Royal Exclusiv products.
In the time leading up the move, Royal Exclusiv will need to stop taking orders on custom products such as the Dreambox Filter Systems. Presently, all Dreambox Filter Systems are custom made individually per order and entered into the production schedule at its facility in Cologne, Germany. To meet the present and future demands for its products, Royal Exclusiv will be acquiring new production equipment and production/support staff to augment their existing manufacturing capabilities.
Such changes require major time and effort in planning, training and execution.
To facilitate the downtime involved in moving the existing production equipment to the new facility in addition to setting up new equipment, Royal Exclusiv will be placing a temporary moratorium on new Dreambox orders. This will allow the factory to finish the production of all existing orders prior to taking their production equipment offline for the move.
Once in the new facility, Royal Exclusiv will begin production of several different different models of the Dreambox Filter Systerms for the US market which will be produced and then shipped by the container load to the US distribution facility in Ft Myers Florida for order fulfillment. Customers will be able to choose the Dreambox model which best suits their needs and have it shipped from the US facility within days of placing the order as opposed to waiting several weeks or more.
We expect to a full line of Dreambox Filter Systems in stock in the US in the beginning of 2017.
