ok. I did not find any here so thought I would post my recent ones. The solid black like circles in the photographs are ick ... aka crypt. taken during infestation of my tank from a goldflake angle.

fish was returned to tank after samples taken and is hanging in there.

They look like my photos from last year. The parasites have cilia and they roll around in the tissue.

That looks mighty uncomfortable. Much worse than a few white spots.
We need a 5k Charity run to help stamp out Ich.

Microlady... in looking at these small trouble making creatures what zoom --- magnification do you find works best.. 400 600 or ?

400 total mag worked great for me. I didn't need to go up to oil immersion, or 1000x.

nice.. now need to find good place for a nice microscope.. new piece of equipment for the fish lab.. lol
