It's been a long time since an aquascape-off here on RC and its about time we have another.
Yeah.. I turn to RC for inspiration so make me drool over creative rockwork or bonsai-esque/minimalistic formations etc.

120g 4'x2'x2. FTS ofcourse. Interested on how aquascaping skill/technique has improved in our hobby overtime compared to the good old days of rock-stack-everything-we-have-and-make-a-wall-work.

Goodluck!

Nice use of the arc, your concept will surely impact my work, I've seen plenty of 'arcs' but none suite my left-corner overflow. Thank you for inspiring me sir!

Lots of details to enjoy, livestock selection got me, I wanted to start LPS, softies and some monti caps, It's boggling how exact my fish selection is with yours (the fish visible in pic) aside from the wrasse.

Coral selection is superb, another FTS for the 'inspiration wall' Thanks for sharing sir Bill!

Thanks for the compliments!

FWIW - all corals except the Elegance were bought at the 2013 CORA frag swap. None were more than $20, and the biggest was maybe 2" tall. The Duncan was 3 heads, now its got 40ish. The candycane was 2 heads, now about 20.

Not pictured are my watchman goby and my pair of Blue Star Leopard Wrasses (one is peeking out from behind the Duncan), a cleaner shrimp that crawls all over my arm on water change day, and a common urchin that I got as a hitch hiker about 5 years ago, who was then smaller than a pea and is now baseball sized. Dead center in the barnacle is my black sailfin blennie.
