Rotifer cultures

So I have had a rotifer culture going now for about two and a half weeks. I have changed about 25% of the water daily and replaced it with fresh SW and phyto. The first week I could barely keep up with the culture as they would consume the phyto in less than a day. Now it has slowed and I'm not sure about the health of the culture. How can I tell if the culture is still living and doing well? I have tried using a rotifer screen and place them in a clear glass with fresh sw to see if I can see them. I see little white dots in the water but I don't see them move. Is this them?

I am not expert, but have tried this before, and it is no easy task and eventually gave up. anyway use a magnifier, they should be moving. even if you only have a few moving, it can recover and multiply.

Ok thank you. I will take a look tonight. I have baby clowns that's why it's going or I would never raise them. They are to needy. I'm seeing if the clowns will take different food
