I accidentally double-dosed with PraziPro about 2 hours ago. I have a lot of water movement and an air pump running 24/7. Should I leave everything as is since fish seems okay, or should I do a 50% water change?

You should be okay. Keep an eye on wrasses as they are the only ones likely to be adversely affected.
When I was reading up on resistant flukes, I came across multiple recommendations for up to 3X dosage.

is there more evidence that 3x dosage is needed?
I am on my third TTM transfer, today I will have to dose again.

With certain strains of flukes yes.

Some wrasse won't react well to it. Some fish may stop eating, I have done it before and all the fish reacted the same as if I dosed it normally. I had a melanarus, tusk and regal angel that went thru the double dose.
