Cobalt had this product on display at an expo over the weekend and videos showing it rear clownfish larvae IN SYSTEM.

I was wondering what everyone thought about this product or if they have used it.

Also their new egg catcher seems quite efficient too.

However I am always afraid of venturing into new products over the time proven methods.

Alot of people use that for african cichlids.

Neither of these items seem better or easier to use than proven methods.

The rocker seems to be more trouble than it's worth. How would you efficiently feed the babies? It looks like rotifers would simply come out the top. Plus, the cost of the standard 10 gallon tank set-up isn't much more than the cost of the rocker.

Regarding breeder cones, clownfish happily lay on the inside of clay pots. Mine never lay on the outside so I don't see them preferring to lay on breeder cones.
