With enough water volume, use of prime, and low feeding, hoe many fish cane be done at once during tank transfer?

The least amount the better, less room for error.
Having said that, I've done with 4 Anthias in one bin, and 3 tangs in another.

Ok. I plan on starting tomorrow morning.
I mixed salt about 3 hours ago with r/0 water. By the time I change it, it would have mixed 10 hours or so. Is that enough mixing time?

I always let new water cure for 24 hours, especially for use in TTM.

Ok, and how much can I overdose on prime to keep ammonia at bay?
And is it a solution to ammonia and lack of biofilter in ttm, or a bandaid?

Solution in the short term, but only needed on day 2-3

I just feed lightly - a few mysis here and there, make sure they get gobbled up right after feeding. Haven't had any ammonia issues.

Well, ammonia issues scale up with the number of fish in the tank, so that needs to be kept in mind. They scale down with water volume. If you were TTMing with swimming pools you could TTM a lot of fish. ;-)
