We had a purple condy anemone in our tank - healthy and doing well. We were going on vacation and planned to use an automatic feeder while we were away so we tested it out for a week before we left because I didn't know how the anemone would do without direct feeding. We have always fed our fish and anemone frozen varieties. Everyone did well with the automatic feeder. The weekend before we left, we went back to feeding frozen varieties, and direct feeding to the anemone just to make sure everyone was well-fed before we left. We were gone five days.
When we came back, the tank, the fish, etc., all seem very happy and healthy, but there is no sign of our purple condy anemone. Any idea what happened? We've "turned the tank over" and cannot find it anywhere.
