after my tank upgrade and transferred all my live stock, i have yet to see my melaurus poop, just nonstop eating and getting bigger and bigger by the day. he's been like this for almost 3 weeks. still active and eating, i think he's going to die from eating so much and not being able to poop.
Any ideas?

Good thing he's eating. I've heard people feeding mashed peas and dosing Epsom salt in a hospital tank for constipation. At least I think the Epsom salt was for constipation.

i'm not sure about marine fish but epsom salt was used for constipation in my asian arowana fish. it could also be internal parasites imo. there're a few bubble algae in the pic btw.

Found this article take a look at the last symptom billet. So, I am guessing some type of bacterial disease.

Looks like the disease Dropsy. I lost one of my clowns to this disease.
