Hello,

I'm Ricardo and i'm from Portugal, currently i'm working in Angola.
I've ordered my new Red Sea 425XL and i will wait about 4-5 weeks.

Also i've ordered this equipment:

Skimmer: Deltec SC 1660 DC
Return Pump: Jecod DCS5000
Circulation Pump: Jecod RW8

I don't know about a good lightning system. Everything is beastly expensive in Portugal. My ideia is 2 Hydra's HD, i think that it will be enough for LPS and soft corals, what do you think?
In Portugal Ocean Revive T247 are very popular, most of the people has good results and is not expensive.

Give me your comments.

Regards

Ricardo

Oh man I'm super jealous. Only complaint with my 170 is it is too small!

I run radion, but 2 x Hydra 52HD would probably be great!

I talk with a friend of mine that have a fish store also, and he tell me that T5 will be the best choice for me.
All my project has to be corals and fich friendly and the aqua will be in the living room, so it must be perfect do the eyes. No cables it's importante.

Two Hydra's 52 or 3 Hydras 26?

Here in Portugal Each Hydra 52 costs 659€ each , so 1318€ plus the brackets that i don't know the price and the Hydra 26 costs 400€ each, só 1200€ plus the brackets.

In the Hydra's 26, i can start wiht 2 of them and later buy anoter one.

Hi!

Lightning chapter solved.
Thanks to our friend VJV, i will have 2 Ecotech Radion XR15w Pro. It's plenty enough for what i nedd and for what i want. Later, if necessary, i'll put another one.
