My blue tang had a spot like this before and I treated it with antibiotics, but now it's back. Any ideas?http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160523/317b1fdda04a188c6ff9bfbe0265863a.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160523/ae9d2ceba13a230cd4509ce6c9444354.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160523/07786f4f0b97eebd8829cf3be7753ba5.jpg

Is it fluffy? If it is fluffy it's likely a fungal infection.

Could also be lymphocystis. Can look like cotton or cauliflower like bumps on the fish's body or fins.

Not fluffy, more like huge zit (gross). I've never had a fish that is prone to as many diseases, parasites, etc than my blue tang. It'll be impossible to catch all my fish in my tank to quarantine them all and have a baron tank, unless I literally take out my 240 pounds of rock.

I looked up the lymphocystis and that's what it looks like most.. I read up on it and it can go away on its own if the fish chills out and gets less stressed.

Gimpy fin is likely correct.

What size tank is he in? Tank mates?

It's a 240 gallon with 50 gallon sump. One clown three blue green chromis two blue reef chromis, flame hawk, blue streak cleaner wrasse, yellow tang, Midas blenny, and one blue yellow damsel.. That's it for now. Just snails and shrimp for inverts

Hard to tell but my bet is on fungal infection, that looks way to big to be lymph imo

My one wrasse randomly got lymph a while back and it went away on its own without any treatment. I read mixed treatment ideas on here and decided to just let it run. No other fish got it and he never and any change in his behavior. Good Luck!

Well, with both fungal and lympho, you need to look for exacerbating factors.

How's the water check out? Is he being bullied? Stress is a big contributor to both of these problems.

Not bullied. Woke up this morning and it's completely gone..
