Ecotech mp60 for 310 gal

Gday there,

I'm setting up a 7 x 3 x 2 mixed reef tank and I was wondering how many mp60s would be required to provide a good deal of flow?

Would it be better suited to use a xf150 and some wp40s as a supplement?

I would think at least 2 mp60 per end panel and a couple mp40 on back panel.

How thick is glass?
