I got this for free from a pet store that was going out of business like 10 years ago, I have no idea of the manufacturer. Anyone know? I am planning on relocating sump and equipment to the basement and add a 40 breeder to my system.

I would love to get a RE dreambox but I am not rich yet :hammer:

Looking to get this made into a decent sump. I would really like to install baffles in it, however I don't know if this is PVC or what???? Hence trying to ID the manufacturer.

So I ask WWRCD?? How would you design it? set it up? its 36''x 32''x18"

Probably from a built in system,
cant do much with it but use it for heater & protein skimmer & a reactor or 2.
For baffles you need to know the material.

What would you think about scoring the surfaces where I want to install a baffle and using something like a bunch of underwater weld epoxy to hold/secure the baffles then use a bead of silicone to seal? I know that silicone alone would not work to hold them up structurally as it only really holds well with glass. Thoughts? Guess I need a plastics expert to make a house call, lol

Unless you can figure out what the material is it's a crap shoot.

Well I called a local plastics company and even though they dont have a brick and mortar store front they said I could bring the lid to the warehouse and have one of their guys check it out and give an "opinion" of what it is constructed out of.

We shall see. Really hoping its PVC so I can just use a whole bunch of JB underwater weld.
