Just bought 3 radion xr30w pros gen 3 from brs. First of all, all three lights came with 3 xr15w adapters and not the large battery packs (ballasts) ive seen xr30w owners recieve. I wonder if thats a new update for the newer models...
Second of all, ecosmart live cant seem to find my radions. Ive tried it about 10 times and did all the steps they told me to do, and i still cant get ecosmart live to find them... I sent ecotech an email, and i havent gotten a reply yet. Any suggestions?

Try posting in the ecotech sponsor forum. They may be able to help.

Did you open the connection manager? Before I had a reef link I would forget to do that.

Those are the new power packs.

According to what I have been told the Radion 30 has a new smaller power pack (like the 15) - it's been new - about two months now...

you must program the first radion with your computer it updates everything, then ecosmartlve will recognize your light and load it. once you do the first light it will find the others

You must be forgetting the connection manager.

Connection manager definitely needed. Also, you're plugging the USB into your computer, correct? If you aren't, ecosmartlive won't see them without a Reef Link.

glad to hear about the battery packs. I did download the connection manager, and followed the steps like they said. still no luck. im gonna try again today and see if anything changes
