I've been a customer for the last 6 years and have never had a shipping problem. Today I noticed that my small order for $7 worth of reagents hasn't made it to me since ordering it 9 days ago.

I was talking to Randy over the live chat and he had to look into how it got lost or where it went. He called me back in just a few minutes and the pace of how he handled it and his tone made me feel like this was a massive multi thousand dollar order, and it was only seven bucks!

Without me asking he sent out a replacement expedited and on top of that put a credit on my account for the trouble (as if 9 days was a huge problem, :lmao:).Great service guys, you have had and will continue to have a loyal customer!!
