Tankmates For the Pinkhead Wrasse

I am planning a tank, and the Main fish I want is a pinkhead wrasse. I am still deciding on the size, but i assume it has to be over 70 gallons (pinkhead wrasse min. tank size)

I am looking for tankmates. Maybe one or two of these:

Snowflake eel
Russell's lionfish
immaculate puffer
some sort of non-expensive trigger

Any other ideas? Which order would I add them?

Anyone? Also, How aggressive exactly are these fish if they are in a large(ish) tank (above min tank size (70 G)) Will they kill smaller fish or simply just bully them.
