I'm in the process of moving tanks and want to keep a few of the frags to put into the new tank. The original tank 55g is full of bryopsis, so I set up a biocube in my new place. The plan right now is to get the tank cycled with new dry rock that has gone through an acid bath. Once the cycle is done I will move over the fish from the 55g. The corals that I want to save from the original tank include a frogspawn, chalice, hammer, and a couple leathers.

The leathers should be ok, since I can just cut the base and attach them to new rock in the biocube. In order to not infest my new tank with bryopsis I would like advice on how to go about doing this. From what i've read thus far the plan is to make a mix of peroxide and new water and give them a dip into this mix for 30 seconds or so. After the dip I planned on using a toothbrush to clean the plug or the base depending how the frags look.

Does this plan seem like it will work, or am I better off starting over completely?
