I always ran ATI bulbs, changed them once a year.

ATI are the best T5 light fixture. I have a AquaticLife fixture with T5 bulbs(I have low light corals). I think ATI fixtures will grow anything without any problems. I usually change out my bulbs about every 9-10 months.

New generation is just the name of their latest line, I believe they changed the phosphur mixes they used a while back.

Any of the three are fine. Most use ATI or Geissman, they usually run a few bucks cheaper per bulb.

They need to be changed between 8 and 14 months generally. It would depend on how well the fixture is cooled and how long they run daily.
