Could water changes too close together raise Ma Akl and Cal?

I was wondering if using instant ocean sea salt could or might be the reason my Magnesium 1440ppm Calcium 460ppm and alkalinity 13.4 dkh are so high yet PH level seems to be 8.0, and if their high will the come down by themselves or will they need help? Also would these effect flower pot corals and polyp's any advice and helpful tips are welcomed. Thanks.

Kh is a hair high, but the rest is fine.

Not sure on ca and mg, but I really doubt Instant Ocean would raise alk even close to 13.4. I have found IO to be lower on alk, usually 8-9. Ca and mg are ok imo, but I would double check allk with another test kit. If alk is that high, it could stress corals.
