I just cought my choco chip star red handed eating coral, so I decided to get rid of him, but I'm not sure how. He is currently in the sump. Should I just return it to my LFS or should I just keep it in my sump? Or at least a way to stop him from eating fleshy LPS.

That type of starfish is definitely not reef safe. You won't be able to stop it from doing damage. It's really a matter of preference whether you leave it in the sump or take it back to the LFS.

find someone with a Harlequin Shrimp and give it to them.

my Harley loves chocolate chips. she is so friendly with them. ;)

See if someone in your area has harlequin shrimp that need feeding. They eat starfish exclusively, so sometimes people need food source for them.

Ok I'll ask my LFS if they know any other reefers that have a harlequin or want this. One of it's arms has been eaten
