Hi all,
I ordered an AI hanging kit from you and paid extra to get it fast.
It came fast (thank you) but it also came defective. One of the cable holders would not grasp the cable.
After a brief hold (18min) before connecting to some one there at BRS they were quick to send out a replacement. (Happy about this)

Now where I feel you dropped the ball.

It's how you shipped it. Ground shipping??? Why would you do this, why not ship it the same way I originally paid for?? Some people pay to have items shipped fast for a reason.

All sorted out. One thing I can say without any hesitation is that their customer service is top notch.
