SF Eel with other fish

I Have a year old snowflake eel who is currently living in the sump and he is about 14" inches in length, and at the biggest an inch tall... i have a couple damsels with him and sometimes during feeding time he chases them a tiny bit, but never hurts them ... I want to move him up but im not sure if he will harasse/eat the other residents, which are two clows, a sixline wrasse, a chromis, and a Scopas tang...

I think the biggest danger is they are blind and tend to get rowdy at feeding time.

I was interested in keeping a snowflake at one time and from what i read is eventually it will get big enough and hungry enough to take a shot at small fish. It is after all a past of their natural behavior.
