New (used) tank set up

I'm looking into getting back into the hobby. I have the opportunity to buy a 180 gallon reef ready with all the piping and bulkheads for the overflows. The tank comes with the glass tops, uv sterilizer, a wet/dry filter, skimmer, c/f lights and a few hundred pounds of live rock (which I am assuming is dry since the tank is broken down). Besides the sand/water etc., what else am I going to need to get this tank up and running?
