Blue Coralline Algae?

Have seen posts about blue coralline algae being rare and was wondering if this might be some of the hard to find blue coralline?

The insides of a heliopora will have that coloring, at least mine does. It will stay even when the thing dies too... That first pic, the mound on the top could definitely have been one plating up that spot before it eroded away some. Could be all of it was that too, its just rougher than the coral is in my experience on many parts. But then you never really see that blue unless you break into the coral itself anyway...
