My tank is 10 months old, low-medium SPS load, at some point I used to have about 15ml a day consumption of B-ionic two part, but one day I've noticed some STN and my Alk tested at a little oved 10dkh, from usual 8.2dkh... Something has caused to slow down Alk consumption and Alk spike. I have been doing some aggressive water changes to stabilize the chemical balance. Testing Ca and Alk daily, I noticed that almost nothing being consumed... At this point I have stopped any dosing. Most of my SPSs growth is on pause, except for my red and purple monti-caps. Just for information, my PO4 is near undetectable with recently purchased Salifert kit. Any ideas?
